Exchange Policy

Exchange (5 days)

Contact us within 5 days of purchase for online purchases or visit our store within 5 days for in-store purchases. Approved exchange will receive store credit. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Exchange shipping costs apply unless it's a product defect or an error on our part. The standard exchange policy applies to other brands. Please note all exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee. This is due to the nature of being a consignment business (a marketplace where people buy and sell), we recommend visiting us as early as possible to secure your correct size and to avoid fluctuations in market value when exchanging to a different size.

Each order is eligible for only one exchange

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation within processing the order will incur a 10% of the total value of the order restocking and administration fee.

Lost/Damaged Claim

Queries for missing/lost items must be completed within 14 days of despatch and queries for damaged items within 7 days of delivery.

Sale Items

All sales are final for sale items.
